5.Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation?
Email confirmations are sent to you after your order has been placed and shipped. We also send email notifications if there are any problems in processing your order. However, if an email is not received, it’s possible that your ISP may have spam or junk email filters. If that is the case, check your spam or bulk email folders.

To make sure you receive further email correspondence, you can add the GameAthlon.com domain to your address book. 10.How I can get my refund?
Refunds for purchases made by credit card will only be credited back to the same credit card. Refunds for purchases made by Paypal will be credited back to the same Paypal account. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

11.What if my order is lost or stolen?
In the rare and unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, Gameathlon will assist the purchaser in filing all pertinent paper work.

A claim for a lost or stolen package can be filed with local post office after 30 (thirty) days (after the shipping date).

12.What if software I received is defective?
Defective software will be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of merchandise (the date carrier lists the package as received) with the same title and subject to availability. Before returning defective software, we strongly advise the customer to check the Gameathlon Community Forums. Many times there are discussions related to questions concerning new software. If the customer believes the software is defective, please contact Gameathlon Customer Service to obtain an RMA (return materials authorization) before returning any software. Any software returned without an RMA number will be refused.

13.What is your cancellation process?
We cannot guarantee the cancellation of products that are not pre-orders due to the speed of the fulfillment process. Please send a written request to support@gameathlon.com to cancel any order. If we are able to accommodate the request, we will send a cancellation number to confirm your order cancellation. A 10% restocking fee (based on invoice subtotal) will be charged to the customer for any refused shipment. (For example: If the customer does not accept the package at the time of delivery by the courier).

14.What is your return procedure?
Please send an email to support@gameathlon.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted Exchange:We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please be aware that items must be returned with their original packaging. Items returned without their original packaging will not be accepted.

All Orders will be shipped within couple of days of the order submission, unless otherwise specified by Gameathlon. Gameathlon uses different fastest, reliable sources for shipment of all purchases.

When the order is shipped, the customer will be emailed status of their order so that the customer can track their order. Gameathlon declines any responsibility for delays caused by the Post Office, by customs clearance procedures or those of other regulatory agencies or delays caused by Acts of Good. Meanwhile, it is your responsibilities to pay the local customs duties.
