Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase under the accepted reasons, please contact us immediately at support@gameathlon.com. We will instruct you where to return your item(s).You must return your item(s) first with new and unused conditions for all original packaging and no signs of wear within 7 days of receipt for refund. You must send your returned package via courier at your expense and provide us with a tracking number in order for a refund to be issued. Shipping expenses will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds may take up to 7 business days after receiving of goods. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are NOT refunded. All sales are final for promotion merchandise.

Software: Any unopened software may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the packing list date. Software must be in its original box and unopened (box seals cannot be broken). Please note, due to advances in CD burners we do not accept any opened or used software for copyright infringement purposes. All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee (based on invoice subtotal). Shipping cost for returned packages is at the customer's expense. Please make sure returned products are carefully and securely packaged. Gameathlon will not be responsible for items damaged due to insufficient packaging. Refunds for purchases made by credit card will only be credited back to the same credit card. Refunds for purchases made by PayPal will be credited back to the same PayPal account. All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective Software: Defective software will be exchanged within 30 days of receipt of merchandise (the date carrier lists the package as received) with the same title and subject to availability. Before returning defective software, we strongly advise the customer to check the Gameathlon Community Forums. Many times there are discussions related to questions concerning new software. If the customer believes the software is defective, please contact Gameathlon Customer Service to obtain an RMA (return materials authorization) before returning any software. Any software returned without an RMA number will be refused.

Return Procedures: Please send an email to support@gameathlon.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted Exchange: We can only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. We are unable to process any exchanges for a completely different item. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. Please be aware that items must be returned with their original packaging. Items returned without their original packaging will not be accepted.

Cancellations: We cannot guarantee the cancellation of products that are not pre-orders due to the speed of the fulfillment process. Please send a written request to support@gameathlon.com to cancel any order. If we are able to accommodate the request, we will send a cancellation number to confirm your order cancellation. A 10% restocking fee (based on invoice subtotal) will be charged to the customer for any refused shipment. (For example: If the customer does not accept the package at the time of delivery by the courier).
